Ceviches are a citrus marinated seafood salad that originate in Peru.

Calamari Verde … A blend of oranges and limes with jalapenos and cilantro

Shrimp “Los Cabos” … A traditional Mexican recipe with cilantro, serranos, tomato, red onion, olive oil and limes, very tangy

Kokoda … A South Seas style Ceviche. Marinated white fish with coconut, watermelon and olive oil.

Oriental Shrimp Ceviche … Ginger, soy sauce and limes dance with jalapenos and cilantro finished with toasted sesame seeds
